
What to expect from your massage session:
Your massage is tailored to your personal preferences and specific needs. Your therapist will begin with a brief consultation to gain a better understanding of what you would like to accomplish. Your massage therapist will apply a variety of massage techniques to balance muscle tension.
Generally a full body massage fits within a 75 minute time frame. If you'd like for your therapist to also spend additional time on an area that is particularly bound, then a 90 minute session is adequate.

Check In
Your therapist will greet you in the waiting area. She will show you to the massage room and get you started with a few intake questions. The information you provide will help the therapist craft a massage specifically for you.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Regretfully, if you are late for your appointment, there is a possibility we will have shorten your treatment time in order to remain on schedule for our next guest.
Quiet Space
Your comfort is top priority. When you enter your room you will notice a relaxing atmosphere has been created. The light will be diffused and tranquil music will be playing. Your massage table will be set up with cozy sheets and an adjustable heated pad to keep you warm. You will also find coat hooks and a side table to keep your belongings.
Massage
You will start your massage facing down with your head in the massage cradle. You will lie between the flat and fitted sheets. Your therapist will knock before entering your room. During the massage your therapist will check in to see if you are comfortable.
Checkout
At the closing of your session you are encouraged to take a few moments, after the therapist has left the room, to take a few deep breaths and slowly adjust out of a state of deep relaxation. No need to rush. Take your time. We'll met you outside of the massage room for payment and to schedule your next visit.
