Massage sessions are available in 75, 90, and 120 minute sessions.
Recently, all 60 minute massage sessions have upgraded to 75 minutes. The cost has remained the same, while fifteen minutes have been added to allow for a more complete therapeutic experience. If you have a 60 minute massage gift certificate you have been automatically upgraded to a 75 minute session.

Service Description
Myofascial release therapy is a slow stretching technique that releases muscle tightness. Direct and gradual pressure to trigger points, or knots, in fascial tissue is held until tension has released. 30 minutes of myofascial release prior to your massage is an effective way to release deeply bound muscle and flush toxins and lymph.

In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice or reschedule your appointment you will be charged the amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
