Myofascial release is an effective technique utilizing gently-held pressure for 3-5 minutes into fascial tissue restrictions to elongate tissue, restore fluidity and movement.

This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice or reschedule your appointment you will be charged the amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
